Kforce is hiring a Sr Manager Solutions Delivery to provide project management oversight for a portfolio of services and solutions. You will own the success of engagements from start to finish within your assigned practice area (App Engineering, Cloud, Data, or Digital), ensuring we deliver for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of multiple Advanced Services professional services and solutions projects, ensuring delivery of the defined scope of work.
- Provide support and guidance to the client-facing project team leader.
- Ensure implementation of services that meet or exceed customer expectations and drive overall satisfaction.
- Optimize, motivate, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high efficiency and delivery capabilities.
- Maintain an accurate dashboard of all project statuses within your assigned portfolio.
- Manage post-sale delivery oversight, including engagement setup, performance management, SLA compliance, 3rd party management, metrics, quality control, security, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of client proposals to drive business growth.
- Facilitate and drive risk mitigation across accounts that may include multiple Kforce projects.
- Contribute to developing and evolving best practices within the team and practice area.
- Develop an environment of structure and accountability for each engagement in your portfolio.
- Promote thought leadership to provide an elevated level of experience on our engagements.
- Work closely with the Kforce consultant lead and internal team to identify expansion opportunities.
- Provide oversight to Service Delivery Consultants & Service Delivery Managers, guiding their project management.
What We're Looking For
- Technical specialty in a designated Practice Area: Application Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, or Digital.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred) and 8+ years of related product/business experience in consulting, or equivalent combination.
- Specialized education or expertise in the technical aspects of your relevant practice area.
- 8+ years leading a team on technology engagements.
- Proven ability to proactively leverage ideas, insights, and relationships to generate new business.
- Exceptional problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter with strong curiosity to learn about all aspects of technology.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships across multiple company levels.
- Ability to multitask, organize time and project schedules, and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organization skills to ensure timely deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and identify revenue opportunities.
