Sigma Marketing LLC is hiring a Project Delivery Manager to lead project delivery activities ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects meeting high quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage resources efficiently.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation through to completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative environment with regular check-ins, status updates, and team meetings.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage team performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Provide regular communication to clients regarding project status, changes, and updates.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Analyze project outcomes and prepare post-project evaluation reports.
- Present project results and learnings to stakeholders and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or delivery management.
- Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or SaaS projects.
- Experience in managing clients and stakeholder communications effectively.
