The Consultant, Global Pricing & Market Access at EVERSANA will deliver client consultancy projects, manage project analytics, and support business development within the Global Pricing & Market Access (PMA) team. This remote role focuses on strategic pricing and market access for life science products across Europe, APAC, and LATAM, working closely with senior team members in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
What You'll Do
- Designing and executing client analyses & deliverables
- Developing client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to client
- Providing follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction
- Leveraging business experience and acumen in identifying strategic alternatives and project approach to client questions, applying a solution-orientated approach and looking to add client value wherever possible
- Developing of intellectual property for use on future engagements
- Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and life science know-how through on-the-job experience and training
- Applying high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English
- Applying excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, and ability to present information in compelling and creative ways (story telling through data, insights, effective slides)
- Occasional management of more junior resources, such as associate consultants or interns
- Working effectively in a remote environment, often with limited face-to-face contact with team members and client counterparts
- Working under supervision of a more senior member of the team, usually with daily alignments on operative tasks

- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare consulting
- Knowledge of pricing, market access, HTA, or launch strategy in pharmaceuticals
- Experience with value-based pricing analyses
- Familiarity with regulatory news and pricing intelligence in Europe, APAC, or LATAM
- Experience in competitor research or asset due diligence
- Background in launch sequencing for ATMPs or orphan drugs
- Experience in indication-expansion planning or LOE strategy
- Prior exposure to forecasting or primary/secondary research in healthcare
