INP Schweiz AG is hiring a Construction Manager - Electrical Supervisor to oversee the commissioning of electrical systems, with a specialization in Drives and Excitation Systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and handover of these systems on worldwide projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead the on-site commissioning of electrical drives and excitation systems on global projects.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and client communication throughout the commissioning phase.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide technical guidance to on-site teams.
- Ensure all work adheres to the highest standards of safety and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Electrical Commissioning Engineer, specifically with Drives and Excitation Systems.
- Strong background in the construction and commissioning of large-scale electrical installations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and control logic.
- Excellent project management and on-site leadership skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% for project assignments across Europe and worldwide.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a strong asset.
Work Mode
This is a global, 100% on-site role based at project locations worldwide, with a primary focus on Europe.
