What You'll Do
Guide engineering teams across multiple time zones through every phase of product development, from initial concept to market launch. You'll define clear project goals, align technical and business priorities, and ensure teams have the direction and resources they need to deliver. Manage integrated schedules for both hardware and software components, tracking progress and adjusting timelines to meet evolving demands.
Take ownership of budget planning and cost tracking, balancing financial constraints with technical ambition. Identify potential risks early—whether technical, logistical, or resource-related—and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Improve how teams work together by refining project management practices, enhancing communication across disciplines, and driving operational improvements.
Partner closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure materials, capacity, and production readiness support development milestones. Use performance data to inform decisions and refine processes. Build trusted relationships with engineers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the development cycle.
