AECOM is hiring a Construction Lead to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for large-scale semiconductor projects. We need a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in this specialized field to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CSA construction activities for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans aligned with client goals.
- Oversee contractor selection, procurement, and management to ensure compliance.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical challenges, and drive issue resolution.
- Implement robust quality control procedures to meet design specifications and regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and CSA-related costs to ensure financial discipline.
- Track progress against schedules and implement corrective actions for delays.
- Support integration of CSA schedules with overall project timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Support the professional development of junior engineers and construction staff.
- Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 20+ years in CSA construction and project management within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Expertise in CSA construction methodologies for high-tech or semiconductor facilities.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and international standards.
- Proficiency in construction management tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Familiarity with cleanroom construction requirements and precision structural works.
- Understanding of EPC workflows, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.

- Direct experience in cleanroom construction and high-precision structural works.
- Familiarity with advanced project management tools and techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
