This role is central to maintaining strong technical partnerships and optimizing performance across property management systems, channel managers, and central reservation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze system data to uncover trends, improve integration reliability, and support revenue growth for hospitality partners
- Deliver hands-on technical support for internal teams and external providers, resolving connectivity issues efficiently to minimize service disruption
- Gain in-depth knowledge of hospitality technology ecosystems to guide clients through integration challenges and product updates
- Translate technical findings into clear insights, contributing to documentation, process improvements, and internal knowledge sharing
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives, knowing when to escalate issues and how to coordinate cross-functional responses
- Collaborate on projects that align with commercial objectives, using data to inform product and service enhancements
- Collect and interpret feedback from partners to identify opportunities for platform optimization
- Support the creation of technical guidelines, reports, and presentations used across teams and systems
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring a strong background in technical operations within the travel or hospitality space, with a minimum of six years in roles supporting system integrations and partner solutions.
- Proven experience with CRS, PMS, and channel management platforms
- Proficiency in SQL, Sumo Logic, Looker, and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical issues and lead problem-solving efforts
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities, with adaptability in fast-moving, priority-driven environments
- Quantitative mindset with a track record of using data to guide decisions
Preferred familiarity includes Tableau, Asana, Jira, and Salesforce. A personal interest in travel, digital marketplaces, or hosting is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position open to candidates in U.S. states where the company operates. While remote work is supported, some in-person collaboration may be required based on team agreements.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $111,000 to $130,000 USD. Additional components include eligibility for a performance bonus, equity participation, and employee travel credits.
