EarnIn is seeking a Compliance Manager, Product to lead and enhance our Product and Marketing Compliance team. You will manage the day-to-day execution of our compliance program to ensure our products, marketing, and communications meet all regulatory requirements, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Risk stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations throughout product development and launch.
Lead the evaluation and interpretation of compliance requirements for new and existing products.
Monitor and analyze new regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on our products and processes.
Own the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and oversee monitoring and testing activities.
Partner in compliance risk assessments to ensure risks are documented and appropriate controls are in place.
Drive cross-functional initiatives and projects related to product and marketing compliance.
Provide clear, practical regulatory guidance to stakeholders.
Manage and develop a team of compliance professionals.
Set and execute near-term strategic plans, while monitoring team workload and performance.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field within professional services, fintech, or financial services.
1+ year of experience managing a team.
Experience reviewing marketing, advertising, or customer-facing communications.
Experience supporting product development or product compliance programs.
Strong understanding of consumer protection regulations (Reg E, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA, etc.).
Strong understanding of advertising standards (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA, CAN-SPAM, FTC advertising guidance).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory concepts to non-legal teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Nice to Have

Relevant certifications (e.g., CRCM, CUCE) are a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $95,000-130,000
+ equity
