About the Role

Lead the expansion of digital financial solutions by driving customer acquisition, retention, and increased usage across targeted regions. Serve as a key advocate for Wallet and value-added services, shaping market perception and strengthening brand visibility.

What You'll Do

  • Drive adoption of financial products by identifying and executing high-impact market opportunities
  • Train and empower sales and marketing teams to communicate product value effectively
  • Optimize distribution networks to improve reach and efficiency
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
  • Monitor performance daily, adjust priorities, and resolve obstacles proactively
  • Evaluate new products, services, and partnerships for commercial and strategic fit
  • Develop and present business cases to support decision-making
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with partners to deliver mutual value
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and regulatory shifts to inform strategy
  • Assess competitor models and pricing to guide positioning and innovation
  • Contribute to pricing reviews, budget planning, and performance reporting
  • Own continuous learning through training and performance feedback cycles

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to turn insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development or market expansion
