What You'll Do
- Develop, review, and implement compliance policies and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards in all business practices.
- Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding compliance regulations and best practices.
- Monitor changes in legislation and assess their potential impact on the company.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Facilitate training sessions to promote awareness of compliance responsibilities among employees.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the engineering or technology sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English.
