Trident is hiring a Video Editor to create compelling promotional content for a financial insurance company. This remote role requires you to manage the entire editing process, from organizing clips to delivering final videos, while handling large video files efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for event recaps and highlights.
- Work efficiently with large video files, ensuring smooth and effective editing.
- Organize and manage video clips and photos to create engaging content.
- Collaborate with the client and their team to understand project goals and deliver on creative briefs.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Set and meet clear deadlines, manage client expectations, and maintain consistent communication.
- Work on projects with tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency and extensive experience in video editing, preferably in events.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Ability to handle large video files and manage production from start to finish.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and effective client management.
- Full-time availability for a 40-hour workweek, flexible to U.S. Timezone (9AM to 6PM CST).
- High-performance laptop/desktop with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i7 or equivalent processor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
- Must have the necessary tools and software to handle large video files and high-resolution content.
- Reliable computer and storage solutions capable of managing large files and rendering projects quickly.
- Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
