Spinify is hiring a Head of Demand Generation to build a predictable pipeline engine from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will design and execute the growth strategy for the US market and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Architect the entire lead generation strategy from scratch to create a predictable flow of high-quality leads.
- Own the HubSpot instance, transforming it into a finely-tuned machine for nurturing leads, automating communication, and creating deals.
- Launch and scale data-driven campaigns across channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Take responsibility for the entire marketing funnel, tracking and reporting on lead volume, conversion rates, and marketing-generated pipeline value.
- Work as a strategic partner to the CEO and sales team, using insights to guide the go-to-market motion.

- Deep HubSpot mastery, leveraging its full power to automate processes and generate business.
- Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of generating leads in the competitive US market.

- Fluent English communication skills and expertise at collaborating with a remote, global team.
