Lytegen is hiring an Assistant Call Center Sales Lead to oversee the daily operations of a high-performance remote call center. This hands-on management role requires strategic thinking and strong leadership to drive results through appointment setting, customer service, and team development.
What You'll Do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of remote call center representatives.
- Monitor KPIs, daily performance, and appointment-setting metrics.
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and provide real-time floor support.
- Implement performance improvement plans and training programs.
- Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet weekly targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and drive performance.
- Experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, and customer service.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy; able to use CRMs, dialers, and remote management tools.
- Schedule availability: Monday - Friday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Must be able to work in Sacramento, CA as this is an onsite, in-office role.
