Lead the expansion and management of Zippy’s community partner network, focusing on acquiring new relationships and deepening existing ones to fuel sustainable growth. You’ll serve as the primary liaison for key operators, guiding strategic planning, performance reviews, and joint initiatives that align with shared business goals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard new community partners, managing end-to-end contracting, compliance, and activation workflows.
- Own the lifecycle of enterprise relationships—from initial engagement through optimization—ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Lead strategic business reviews with partners, presenting performance insights on loan volume, delinquency trends, and portfolio health to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Risk, Accounting, and Operations to ensure all documentation meets regulatory and state-specific requirements.
- Train partner teams on Zippy’s digital platform and operational processes to support seamless integration and consistent execution.
- Analyze performance metrics using Salesforce and internal dashboards, identifying opportunities to improve application flow and funding rates.
- Coordinate legal, financial, and licensing documentation including ACH setups, Power of Attorney, and retailer licenses.
- Work with Product Marketing and Sales to launch co-branded campaigns, events, and educational content that drive engagement.
- Advocate for partners internally, aligning cross-functional teams to reduce friction and improve experience.
- Inform product improvements by delivering structured feedback to Engineering and Operations based on partner needs.
- Support event strategy by planning conference participation, sponsorships, and on-site logistics to maximize visibility and relationship building.
- Contribute to scalable process design, leveraging automation and CRM enhancements to streamline onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years in channel development, enterprise account management, or business development, preferably in fintech, mortgage, or SaaS.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and senior-level partner relationships simultaneously.
- Strong operational discipline with experience managing documentation-heavy onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking performance and forecasting outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence across departments and at executive levels.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mortgage lending, financial services, or manufactured housing.
- Experience designing channel strategies, incentive models, or co-marketing programs.
- Familiarity with legal agreements, licensing, and compliance workflows in regulated industries.
