Blitzed is looking for a Community Manager to own day-to-day community operations across Telegram, Discord, and X for our crypto casino and sportsbook. You will be the voice of Blitzed, driving engagement, building culture, running events, and acting as the bridge between our users and the internal team.
What You'll Do
- Run daily community engagement across Telegram and Discord, and support growth on X.
- Create and execute weekly content and event plans, including prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, and leaderboards.
- Build community culture through tone of voice, memes, rituals, and retention loops.
- Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates; create programs that reward loyalty and contribution.
- Maintain a clean environment by removing spam/scams, enforcing rules, and managing bans/mutes/warnings.
- Set up and manage moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response for raids, phishing attempts, and impersonators.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteer moderators with clear shifts and SOPs.
- Post and coordinate announcements for product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, and results.
- Liaise with Support, Risk, and Payments teams to resolve user issues and escalate serious cases.
- Collect structured user feedback and report it back to Product and Growth teams.
- Support the brand presence on X through community replies, engagement, and campaign coordination.
- Spot trending topics and memes, recommending angles that fit our brand voice.
- Maintain community calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure.
- Track and report community KPIs, including active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, and event participation.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord in crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or a similar field.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to match brand tone across platforms.
- Comfort moderating high-traffic chats and handling conflict calmly.
- Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to run calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans.
- Familiarity with community bots, roles, and tooling such as MEE6, Dyno, or Collab.Land.
- Direct experience in crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or iGaming.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with KOLs/influencers and coordinating community-driven campaigns.
- Basic analytics skills for dashboards, KPI reporting, and sentiment tracking.
- Event or community growth experience with quests, referral programs, or tournaments.
