MLabs is hiring a Community Lead to take full end-to-end ownership of a protocol's community strategy. You will shape how users, developers, and advocates engage with the platform, designing and executing programs that foster engagement, education, and evangelism. You will serve as the voice of the community internally and the voice of the protocol externally.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute a comprehensive community strategy from the ground up that drives engagement, education, and evangelism.
- Build, manage, and scale online communities across key platforms like Discord, X, and Telegram, cultivating a positive culture.
- Lead the creation of community-focused content initiatives and organize digital and in-person events, including AMAs, workshops, and meetups.
- Grow and empower the next generation of on-chain users, developers, and advocates.
- Translate community feedback into actionable insights for the product team and act as a key public-facing representative.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in Community Management, Marketing, or Ecosystem roles within the crypto or Web3 industry.
- Deep familiarity with crypto culture, the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) landscape, and major ecosystems including EVM and Solana.
- Proven success in managing and significantly growing online communities on Discord, X, and Telegram, running campaigns, and establishing advocate programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience planning and executing digital and physical community events, AMAs, and content initiatives.
