About the Role

FortisBC is hiring a Communications Insights Manager to provide strategic communications leadership across the organization. This role is for a collaborative professional who excels at developing meaningful, customer-focused communications to support our goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop communications strategies that advance business priorities and strengthen FortisBC’s corporate reputation.
  • Develop clear, insight-driven strategic communications briefs that support business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure the strategies outlined in each brief are executed effectively.
  • Guide teams in delivering innovative, unified communications solutions that meet the communications opportunity and support business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal business partners, offering guidance on communications opportunities and strategies, and responding proactively to emerging issues.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered).
  • Proven ability to develop creative, strategic, and proactive communications and social marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle high-volume workloads.
