FortisBC is hiring a Communications Insights Manager to provide strategic communications leadership across the organization. This role is for a collaborative professional who excels at developing meaningful, customer-focused communications to support our goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop communications strategies that advance business priorities and strengthen FortisBC’s corporate reputation.
- Develop clear, insight-driven strategic communications briefs that support business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure the strategies outlined in each brief are executed effectively.
- Guide teams in delivering innovative, unified communications solutions that meet the communications opportunity and support business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners, offering guidance on communications opportunities and strategies, and responding proactively to emerging issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Proven ability to develop creative, strategic, and proactive communications and social marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle high-volume workloads.
