LP Insurance Services LLC was looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager

LP Insurance Services LLC is hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide above-standard service to clients, producers, and teammates. In this role, you will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, developing strong relationships and managing the full client lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strong relationships with commercial lines clients and insurance company underwriters.
  • Support large and complex commercial lines clients.
  • Review all insurance applications, policies, endorsements, cancellations, and audits for accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all client transactions.
  • Investigate matters of significance for clients using independent judgment.
  • Manage the full renewal process, from application preparation and carrier negotiation to quote comparison and proposal creation.
  • Assist Sales Executives in identifying new business opportunities and recommending value-added services.
  • Request referrals and cultivate relationships with new customers.
  • May supervise, lead, or mentor Account Managers and/or Account Assistants.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License as required by your state, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
  • Essential knowledge of commercial insurance coverage.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Commercial Lines middle market account management experience with a broker.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet specific deadlines.
  • Skilled in producing strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
