Intuita is looking for a Commercial Lead to drive the commercial growth of our consultancy by building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients in the Telecoms and Media sectors. As a trusted partner, you will balance commercial instinct with technical credibility to win trust and showcase how Intuita delivers value across our entire spectrum of data services.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead commercial growth, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients across Intuita’s full suite of data offerings.
- Develop and own Intuita’s Business Development strategy for short and long term, managing to a pre-defined budget.
- Establish Intuita as the go-to data partner for businesses, leveraging expertise in Data Excellence, Data Engineering, Data Enablement, and Data Analytics & AI.
- Develop and drive strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across industries.
- Lead the creation of customised solutions for clients, identifying opportunities for business transformation.
- Own the sales process from generating leads to securing deals and expanding engagements.
- Instil commercial behaviours in the wider Consultant team through mentorship and training.
- Represent Intuita as a thought leader in the data space, attending industry events and speaking at conferences.
- Collaborate with marketing to create content like case studies and thought leadership materials.
- Build a network of industry contacts and potential clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
- Provide market insights to influence development of new services and offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless alignment.
- Coordinate with practice leaders across data service areas to ensure services are effectively represented.
- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the commercial team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the data consultancy or technology sector.
- Focus on driving revenue and client acquisition within the Telecoms and Media sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in building strategic client relationships and delivering business development results.
- Strong track record in sales, business development, and partnership management.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to tailor solutions based on deep understanding of client business needs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate the value of complex data services to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with market trends and ability to anticipate and adapt to client needs.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience from Telco, Financial Services (ideally insurance, banking and pensions), Healthcare and/or Life Science industries.
- Understanding of how data can drive change in financial services, healthcare, life sciences, telecoms, or media industries.
- Used to holding conversations with and influencing at C-suite level.

Work Mode
