Stone is hiring a Commercial Hunter Executive for Key Accounts to serve as the primary strategic partner for the most influential entrepreneurs in the region. You will perform a deep diagnosis of their businesses to design and implement growth strategies, connecting them to a modern ecosystem of finance, software, and management solutions. Your consultative approach will ensure the best solution and an excellent experience that drives client success and competitiveness.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify new clients aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Assemble and present proposals based on each client's specific needs.
- Manage the portfolio of key clients in your region.
- Maintain continuous and excellent post-sale relationships.
- Analyze competition and market trends.
- Participate in daily morning meetings to outline plans, goals, and share learnings.
- Deliver excellent service to our clients.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with consultative B2B sales, focusing on key account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to build and present value propositions to executives.
- A results-oriented approach.
- Strong focus on planning and organization.
- Availability to work on-site.
- Knowledge of CRM and PowerPoint.
- A completed high school diploma.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of our ecosystem: Experience in the financial market, payment methods, banking products, and/or retail software.
