About the Role

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Commercial Graduate Sales Path for the Israel market. This structured 12-month graduate rotation program is designed for those who want to build a career in sales technology. You'll gain hands-on experience in both sales and solution engineering roles through comprehensive learning and coaching, with a clear path to begin your Salesforce Sales career upon meeting eligibility criteria.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in a 12-month graduate rotation program with exposure to both sales and solution engineering roles.
  • During the Sales rotation: Learn Salesforce's prospecting and qualification methodologies, use various platforms to engage prospects, and collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to build sales pipeline.
  • During the Solution Engineering rotation: Learn Salesforce solutions at a deeper technical level, support the creation of customer demonstrations, and learn customer discovery techniques.
  • Complete self-paced certifications and skills assessments to meet promotion eligibility criteria.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate from 2025 or 2026 with a minimum bachelor's degree from all academic backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (required for the Israel market).
  • Interested in the impact technology can have on the world and business.
  • Creative problem-solver and relationship builder with a growth mindset.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous learning.
  • Thrives in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Team & Environment

You will be assigned experienced Sales Development Buddies and Solution Engineer Buddies for coaching and involvement in live deals. The program provides exposure to senior sales and solution engineering professionals within an international team.
