Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Commercial Graduate Rotation Program - Swedish Speakers (February Start)

About the Role

Salesforce is seeking Swedish-speaking graduates for a 12-month fixed-term rotational program starting February 2026. The EMEA Graduate Rotation Program provides a foundation for a career in sales and solution engineering through structured learning and hands-on experience across both paths.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in a structured rotational program with exposure to both Sales Development and Solution Engineering paths.
  • During the Sales Graduate Rotation: Learn Salesforce's prospecting and qualification methodologies, engage with prospects using social, digital, video, chat and phone platforms, and collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to run campaigns and build pipeline.
  • During the Solution Engineer Graduate Rotation: Learn Salesforce solutions at a deeper technical level, work closely with the solution engineering organization to build customer demonstrations, and learn customer discovery and how to create a customer point of view.
  • Spend 60% of your time immersed in the role with clear tasks and targets, and 40% on role-specific learning.
  • Complete self-paced certifications and skills assessments throughout rotations.
  • Meet all readiness eligibility criteria before being eligible for promotion.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • A recent graduate from 2024 or 2025 with a minimum bachelor's degree (all academic fields considered).
  • Interest in the impact technology can have on the world and business.
  • A creative problem-solver and relationship builder with a growth mindset.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and focused on continuous learning.
  • Thrives working in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Team & Environment

This is a rotational program within the Sales and Solution Engineering organization. You will be paired with mentors and buddies who have experience in the path you are exploring.
