BNY is hiring a Commercial Enablement Transformation Project Manager / Agile Lead Release Train Engineer to drive prioritized initiatives across our Asset Servicing and Commercial Controls functions. In this London-based role, you will lead the delivery of strategic projects that power the future of finance for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the Agile Lead Release Train Engineer for the Deal Management and Commercial Controls functions.
- Manage and deliver projects across RFPs, DDQs, Pricing, Business Acceptance, Lead to Ledger, Billing remediation, Fee Schedule streamlining, benchmarking, and presentation design.
- Oversee commercial controls including KYC/AML, OREs, Complaints, Issues Management, Resiliency, Sanctions, and Financial Crimes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver strategic-level PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
- Apply consulting skills to problem framing, analytical problem solving, and process engineering.
- Ensure compliance with BNY policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial project management experience, preferably in financial services or consulting.
- Proven experience as an Agile Lead, Release Train Engineer, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Deal Management processes and Commercial Controls (KYC/AML, OREs, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Direct experience with pricing, billing remediation, benchmarking, and controls in an asset servicing context.
- A consulting background with demonstrated expertise in problem framing and process engineering.
- Complete fluency in designing strategic-level PowerPoint presentations.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, SAFe).
