Join ROI Hunter as a Commercial Data Engineer and become the analytical backbone of our operations, sitting at the heart of the Business Intelligence team. Your focus will be on turning messy commercial data into clear insights to help our sales teams win and ensuring commercial decisions are backed by clean, reliable data. The ultimate goal is to work with structured data to enable advanced analyses and comprehensive commercial reporting.
What You'll Do
- Analyse commercial funnel data including deal stages, POC results and time to close metrics
- Own and clear the backlog of commercial data requests from Sales and CS teams
- Support US-side analytical requests coming through after the merger with Pattern
- Work with clean and structured data to enable regression analyses and commercial reporting
- Work with AI tools to figure out what could be automated to accelerate analytical work
- Back up and collaborate with the broader BI team on operational data tasks
What We're Looking For
- Analytical thinker with a solid commercial background
- Understanding of sales funnels, deal stages and how CRM data connects to real business outcomes
- Knows what questions to ask and what the data is actually telling the business
- Excel superuser capable of working independently
- SQL is your good friend whenever you have to query or structure data
- AI ready - knows where to apply AI tools in work, which ones are worth the licence and our time
- Comfortable handling a varied backlog of requests from multiple stakeholders
- Thrives in an environment where priorities shift and ownership is expected, not assigned
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Experience with Python or R for more advanced analysis
- Experience or background in SAAS or commercial analytics

You will be part of our Business Intelligence team, which is part of over 90 Hunters total. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and our US parent organization.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role primarily based in Brno, Czech Republic. We also offer remote work within the Czech Republic. Impact and delivered outcomes are more important than spending the whole day in the office.
