DSI Systems Inc. is hiring a Commercial Channel Manager - East to drive DIRECTV subscriber acquisition by collaborating with vendor partners across the Eastern Region. You will leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, serving as a key driver for growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect businesses and identify new partners interested in adding DIRECTV to their portfolio.
- Identify, develop, and manage a database of potential and current customers in the Eastern Region.
- Work as a team with vendor partners and internal DSI Channel teams to strategize best practices to grow the region.
- Manage existing portfolio of dealers to drive new sales and keep DIRECTV at the forefront of customer interactions.
- Provide training on new offers and promotions to partners.
- Handle escalations promptly and launch marketing/incentive programs.
- Provide sales support and guidance to partners, including utilizing leads, strategizing growth plans, and side-by-side selling.
- Maintain dealer adherence to policies, procedures, and contractual guidelines to ensure program integrity.
- Track and interpret sales data to identify opportunities, trends, and actionable insights.
- Present performance metrics and pipeline updates to leadership.
- Meet with key customers and potential clients, and attend vendor and internal meetings.
- Support dealers across DIRECTV Commercial and Lodging & Institution (L&I) verticals.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of sales experience.
- A proven track record in prospecting, recruiting, training, and onboarding.
- Strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Capability to review large amounts of data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to effectively approach customers from a 'consultative position'.
- Ability to successfully discuss high-level topics with business owners and leadership, including financials, cash flow, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Ability to travel 20 – 50% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
Technical Stack
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Work Mode
This is a remote position based in the Eastern Region, with a preference for candidates located in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, or New York.
