We are hiring a Commercial Account Executive for a high-output AE who thrives in high-volume, high-velocity sales motions. You will own a full-cycle process, manage a busy pipeline, and operate with strong ownership in a rapidly evolving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own a full-cycle commercial sales process: prospecting, discovery, demo, evaluation, negotiation, and close
  • Manage a high volume pipeline while maintaining strong forecasting discipline
  • Drive outbound activity directly and/or partner closely with SDRs to generate pipeline
  • Build urgency and move opportunities forward in short, high-velocity deal cycles
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and provide clear pipeline updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Solutions/Implementation) to win and retain customers
  • Contribute feedback to improve messaging, process, and sales playbooks as the team scales

What We're Looking For

  • ~5 years of Account Executive experience (or equivalent closing experience) in a high-velocity environment
  • Demonstrated success managing high volume pipeline and shorter, faster deal cycles
  • Experience running outbound motions independently and/or working effectively with SDR support
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; strong 'owner' mentality with coachability and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills, structured deal management, and consistent follow-through
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first organization

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 OTE (base + variable; plan details shared during process)
