Culture Amp is hiring a Commercial Account Executive

About the Role

Culture Amp is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our mission to enable companies to be #culturefirst through accessible people analytics. In this role, you will generate new business, manage a sales pipeline, and co-create solutions for prospective customers.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Follow up on opportunities generated by attending company events like People Geekups.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to close and communicate challenges or wins to the team.
  • Gain an understanding of prospective customer pain points, educate on Culture Amp’s value, demo the product, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Co-create a solution and business case to enable stakeholders across the business to advocate for and adopt Culture Amp.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to achieve sales goals and collaborate with delivery team members to support customers.

What We're Looking For

  • High accountability and growth mindset.
  • Proven track record of success in a closing sales role.
  • Experience selling solutions to Executives across various industries.
  • Experience with weekly activity metrics and demonstrated execution on those.
  • Experience forecasting and managing a high volume (30+ per quarter) of pipeline opportunities.
  • Experience and drive to build 50% of pipeline by sourcing your own opportunities.
  • Experience drafting business cases and calculating ROI.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to the Chicago, IL office.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of closing experience.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise sized organizations (up to 1000 employees).
  • Experience selling to HR personas and/or SaaS experience.
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing environment.

You'll work closely with the Customer Success Team and delivery team members.

  • Compensation: $108,000 - $130,000 USD OTE + equity.

Work Mode

This role is based in Chicago, IL and requires you to live within a commutable distance to the office.
