- Monitor spam triggers and avoid common pitfalls
- Test variations of email content for A/B results

- Use CRM tools to log interactions
- Maintain consistency in brand voice across campaigns
- Stay informed about industry trends in email outreach
- Escalate qualified leads to appropriate team members
