Paired is looking for a Cold Email Expert to own and optimize the entire cold email outreach process from start to finish. You will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team, requiring a high-level understanding of both the technical and strategic sides of cold email.
What You'll Do
- Own the full cold email process from A to Z.
- Conduct prospect research, list building, and audience segmentation.
- Set up and manage cold email tools, inboxes, and domains.
- Write and optimize cold email copy and multi-touch sequences.
- Manage domain warmup, deliverability, and inbox health.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns in real time.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send schedules.
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign results.
- Deliver qualified leads consistently to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing cold email campaigns with measurable results (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked).
- Proficiency with cold email platforms such as Smartlead or Instantly.
- Experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, Hunter.io, Snov.io, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of inbox setup, domain management, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, and deliverability best practices.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that drives replies.
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cold email platforms Lemlist or Woodpecker is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, lending, MCA, or business funding is a strong plus.
