Everything To Gain is looking for a Cold Caller / Dialer to initiate growth by connecting with potential clients. You will engage prospects directly, introduce our services, and create opportunities for our sales team in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
- Build rapport with prospects and identify their needs to generate interest.
- Set appointments for the sales team and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
- Use dialing systems and CRM tools effectively to track outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency in building rapport.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Competence in using collaboration tools like Slack and ClickUp.
