Global Pacific Support is looking for a Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to join our team. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team, contributing directly to our growth.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to engage prospective clients and introduce our services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and set appointments for follow-up meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversion potential.
- Work towards achieving daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
