FutureSight is hiring a Co-Founder & CEO to launch and lead a new venture building an AI platform for sourcing cost optimization in manufacturing. As the founding CEO, you will shape the vision, build the founding team, and drive transformation across the $10B procurement software market.
What You'll Do
- Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing models, and validating customer retention and expansion.
- Build the product by collaborating with FutureSight’s embedded product and engineering pod to launch Version 1.
- Raise capital by leading the seed funding round, supported by our initial investment.
- Build your team by hiring the founding team members and establishing the company’s cultural foundation.
What We're Looking For
- Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found and operate as the CEO of a new venture.
- Startup scrappiness and a track record of owning projects from start to finish.
- Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or significant experience at a venture-backed company.
- A high risk appetite and entrepreneurial risk profile.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement (GTM expertise).
- Fundraising fluency, including crafting investor narratives and closing capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities.
- People leadership skills; a magnet for top talent who can coach and carry culture.
- A professional background in supply chain and/or procurement within large manufacturing firms.
Team & Environment
You will build the founding team. From Day 1, you will work alongside FutureSight’s embedded designers, engineers, growth marketers, and fundraising experts.
