FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the launch of a new AI venture transforming compliance for SEC- and FINRA-regulated firms. You will shape the vision, drive market entry, and lead this transformation across the $10B regulatory technology market.
What You'll Do
- Win customers by running pilots, shaping pricing, and validating retention and expansion.
- Build the product by working with FutureSight’s product/engineering pod to launch V1.
- Raise capital by leading the seed round with our initial investment.
- Build your team by hiring your founding team and setting the cultural foundation.
What We're Looking For
- Founder-level drive and motivation to co-found a new venture as the CEO.
- Startup scrappiness and familiarity with owning something from start to finish.
- Previous founding experience at a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement (GTM chops).
- Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities.
- Magnet for top talent; coach and culture carrier.
- Background in financial compliance, wealth management, or RegTech.
Nice to Have
- SEC/FINRA familiarity strongly preferred.
