Anantara is hiring a Cluster Sales Manager to drive revenue and build key business relationships across an assigned group of our properties. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies and exceeding targets for the Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara and other cluster hotels.
What You'll Do
- Lead and participate in all sales activities across the assigned cluster of hotels.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies for various market segments.
- Promote the cluster hotel brands, contract new business, grow key accounts, and maximize total revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships within local, domestic, and international markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence across the cluster.
- Attend travel functions and sales roadshows and organize sales trips to drive business.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, working closely with the sales teams across the hotel cluster.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara.
