We’re looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer who can scale, secure, and intelligently automate our enterprise collaboration ecosystem. What You'll Do
- Own and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms including Okta, IGA/IAM, Google Workspace, Slack, and PagerDuty.
- Design and automate identity lifecycle processes for both SCIM and non-SCIM provisioning.
- Architect secure SSO integrations using SAML/OAuth/OIDC, MFA policies, RBAC, and access governance.
- Build scalable automation frameworks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and REST APIs.
- Develop lightweight services or serverless workflows like AWS Lambda to enable event-driven integrations.
- Integrate with SaaS platforms like ServiceNow.
- Lead security remediation and compliance hardening initiatives.
- Apply DevOps best practices including CI/CD, Git, monitoring, and configuration management.
- Drive AI-first automation strategies to eliminate repetitive operational tasks.
- Partner cross-functionally with Security, Compliance, Engineering, and IT teams.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience managing enterprise collaboration and IAM platforms.
- Deep expertise in Okta, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, SCIM, custom integrations, and API automation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and PagerDuty.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles and authentication flows.
- Strong scripting and API integration skills.
- Experience designing scalable SaaS onboarding frameworks.
- Cloud experience, with GCP required and AWS or Azure a plus.
- Ownership mindset with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow automation experience.
- Infrastructure-as-Code exposure.
- Familiarity with the Snowflake platform.
- Relevant certifications in Okta, Google Workspace, IAM, or Cloud platforms.
