Salesforce is hiring a Cloud Account Executive, Mid-Market for Tableau in Peru. In this role, you will own the sales process for Tableau's software solutions within a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts, building strategic relationships and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute account and territory plans, proactively identifying and engaging with new and existing contacts within accounts.
- Lead and qualify multiple opportunities through the sales process to successful closure, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales forecasting within Salesforce.com.
- Leverage internal resources, such as product support and sales engineering, throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide initial product demonstrations to prospects and collaborate with sales engineering for more complex presentations.
- Establish, cultivate, and grow your network within each account to strengthen customer relationships.
- Provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting through Salesforce.
- Stay informed on competitive landscape, market-driven issues, and product developments.
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, and marketing efforts.
- Travel to customer sites across the territory to support sales objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive field-based enterprise software sales experience, specifically selling solutions into Mid-Market accounts.
- Proven ability to sell to C-Level executives and collaborate with partners across various lines of business.
- Sophisticated sales and solution sales experience with a consistent track record of closing large-figure deals.
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- Consistent history of overachieving sales goals.
- Strong desire and hunger to hunt for new opportunities in a competitive environment.
- Creative approach to engaging new customer contacts and developing opportunities.
- Unshakeable belief in Tableau's products.
- Willingness to focus and commit with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
- Customer-focused orientation, delivering support with excellence.
