SanMar is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM)

SanMar is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead our clinical trials from start to finish, delivering high-quality and impactful studies worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across all study phases.

What You'll Do

• Lead clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee trial operations, including regulatory submissions, site start-up, enrollment, and study reporting.
• Maintain inspection-ready trial master files (TMF).
• Manage study budgets, invoices, and contracts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as data management, safety, medical writing, supply, and finance.
• Proactively identify risks and drive process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• Strong background in clinical trial management within a Sponsor or CRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions.
• Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with late-stage clinical trials or regulatory inspections preferred.

• Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 USD
