Vantive Health Ltd. is hiring a Clinical Sales Representative - Wallonia

About the Role

Vantive Health Ltd. is looking for a Clinical Sales Representative for the Wallonia region. You will promote and sell our unique Acute product portfolio within ICU and Dialysis units. This is a field-based role involving extensive travel across Wallonia, Belgium.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and plan customer visits.
  • Provide training to nurses, physicians, and pharmacists on Acute products.
  • Offer assistance, support, and troubleshooting for Acute therapies.
  • Prepare, implement, and review targeted account plans aligned with your Sales Manager.
  • Propose solutions to customers that maximize opportunities for them and for Vantive.
  • Communicate relevant information to ensure customer awareness of Vantive's product portfolio and benefits.
  • Achieve revenue, sales, profit, and qualitative objectives within your geographical area.
  • Capture and maintain all relevant customer data.
  • Gather and share market intelligence and competitor activity information.
  • Acquire new customers and maintain a presence in all existing and target accounts.
  • Deliver input for budget and forecast discussions with line management.
  • Contribute to the tender management process in your allocated area.
  • Participate in congresses and other customer events.

What We're Looking For

  • A scientific or medical/paramedical degree coupled with scientific experience.
  • Successful sales experience within the healthcare industry, hospital environment, or medical sales.
  • Excellent French with good English and Dutch language skills.
  • Ability to build lasting customer relations based on strong clinical knowledge.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills with good time and project management.
  • A self-driven and team-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

  • Scientific experience ideally from the ICU.

Team & Environment

You will report to a Sales Manager.

Work Mode

This role is based locally in Belgium and requires field-based work within the Wallonia region.
