Intuitive is looking for a Clinical Sales Representative to join our Minneapolis, MN, team. You will be responsible for maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System through clinical selling. What You'll Do
- Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategies that drive robot utilization.
- Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and OR integration for da Vinci Surgery applications.
- Act as a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
- Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and drive procedure adoption.
- Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure unsupervised system use.
- Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
- Mentor new team members to become high performers on the clinical sales team.
- Responsibly manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense reports.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
- A Bachelor’s degree.

Work Mode
This is a local, in-person role based in the Minneapolis, MN area, with travel requirements.
