Equip Health is hiring a Clinical Outreach Representative to build strategic relationships that drive patient acquisition across a multi-state territory. You will be the face of Equip, engaging with healthcare and community organizations to position our services as a vital solution. This is a remote role that balances virtual and in-person field engagement.
What You'll Do
- Create strategies for maximizing brand reach and provider relationships within your assigned territory.
- Cultivate new relationships and nurture existing ones through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations.
- Deliver on patient acquisition and admissions goals in collaboration with various internal departments.
- Manage data, outreach efforts, and reports in a Customer Relationship Management system to track territory performance.
- Plan and execute regional events that drive engagement with our target professional audience.
- Deeply understand your territory’s specific needs and position Equip as the solution for providers.
- Identify inactive providers and create actionable plans with timelines to re-engage them.
- Collaborate with Referral Coordinators and the Admissions team to create a stellar referral process for provider partners.
- Work with marketing, clinical operations, and payor partnership teams to effectively penetrate new markets.
- Identify local sponsorship opportunities and represent Equip at industry conferences.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and a professional presence.
- Must reside in Illinois or Wisconsin.
- Effective communication, rapport-building, and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and strong self-motivation.
- Critical thinking skills for navigating challenges and rapid change.

- Strong preference for candidates based in the Greater Chicago area.
