Responsibilities
- Adapting Philips' clinical applications to meet diverse customer specifications and operational complexities
- Ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in healthcare settings
- Being the clinical referent for MR within the territory of competence (mainly North West of Poland)
- Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols, safeguarding patient safety throughout all stages of application deployment
- Analyzing complex clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and enhance the effectiveness of Philips' applications
- Utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise
- Ensuring that customers are properly trained in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered
- Providing feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Health Tech industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in MR clinical field
- Excellent communication skills
- Being able to organize training
- Clean drive license
- Willingness to travel across CEE region
- Fluent in English in addition to Polish as native language
