Clariti Cloud Inc. is looking for a Client Services Partner to shape the success of our government customers. Reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services, you will ensure every implementation project is scoped, estimated, and contracted accurately, bridging Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to set delivery up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Partner teams to define project scope and delivery approach for Clariti implementations.
- Lead the sale and positioning of Clariti Guardian Services to ensure long-term customer value.
- Develop detailed effort estimates and pricing using standardized tools and past project benchmarks.
- Author and refine Statements of Work (SOWs), services proposals, contract documents, and project schedules.
- Support the creation and review of Partner SOWs to ensure alignment with Clariti methodology.
- Advise Sales and Partner teams on delivery risk, resource planning, and deployment sequencing.
- Lead customer and partner meetings to clarify requirements and confirm expectations.
- Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to align estimates with delivery capacity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of scoping templates, pricing models, and delivery playbooks.
- Drive enterprise-level strategy for our most ambitious customers.
- Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews, and value assessments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Enable smooth transition to our delivery team with effective margins, staffing plans, and implementation approach.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert, leader, and services consultant to our sales teams.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, services sales, or solution consulting.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles.
- Experience selling professional services related to digital transformation.
- Experience developing SOWs, estimates, and pricing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex delivery models clearly.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to balance customer needs, delivery constraints, and commercial goals.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, and Services Delivery teams.
- Capable of building assets from scratch including sales and strategy solutions.
- Skilled in maneuvering and working with the C-Suite during a strategy cycle.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and partner-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to public sector or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.
- Background in implementation project management or solution architecture.
