Viva.com is looking for a Client Relationship Representative to join our team. This field-based role focuses on identifying and engaging new prospective partners to promote our collaboration framework. You will be responsible for promoting our services, onboarding merchants, monitoring performance, and providing in-person support within a dynamic fintech environment.
What You'll Do
- Promote and present our services to clients onsite and at events.
- Onboard new merchants and guide their registration to completion.
- Monitor portfolio performance and drive active usage.
- Provide in-person support and escalate issues that need higher-level help.
- Execute both scheduled and self-initiated outreach.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development within the hospitality sector.
- Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects.
- Strong language skills with the ability to speak English and Portuguese at a business level.
