About the Role

Valtech, the experience innovation company, is looking for an experienced Client Partner to own and grow a multi-million-pound portfolio of clients across travel, hospitality and leisure. You will act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders—developing long-term trusted relationships, driving sustainable account growth, orchestrating complex multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of high-impact digital experience, commerce, data/AI and transformation programmes.

What You'll Do

  • Build, nurture and elevate relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, transformation directors and heads of digital/commerce.
  • Act as the senior strategic partner and trusted advisor—supporting clients as they navigate customer experience transformation, platform modernisation and data-led personalisation.
  • Translate complex business challenges into future-facing roadmaps aligned with Valtech’s capabilities across experience design, commerce, data & AI and enterprise transformation.
  • Own the commercial performance of your client portfolio—revenue forecasting, profitability, and long-term growth strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead new business opportunities by shaping win strategies, proposals and executive-level client engagements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Vertical leadership to strengthen Valtech’s presence in the travel and hospitality market.
  • Lead account strategy planning—working with peers to set direction, define priorities and align global delivery teams around a shared vision.
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, delivery, data and engineering teams to craft solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Work hand-in-hand with delivery leadership to ensure programmes are successfully shaped, mobilised and governed.
  • Anticipate risks, design governance models and ensure strategic alignment across complex, multi-workstream and multi-market engagements.
  • Work in close partnership with delivery leadership to ensure high-quality execution across all engagements.
  • Provide escalation support and strategic guidance to maintain strong client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and shared ownership across your multidisciplinary teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior client relationship roles within digital consultancies, agencies or transformation organisations, operating at C-suite and enterprise level.
  • Proven experience working with travel, hospitality or leisure brands—such as airlines, hotel groups, travel platforms or destination organisations.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, booking platforms, loyalty, personalisation and omnichannel journeys.
