About the Role

Tinuiti is hiring a Client Partner Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will devise and implement detailed account plans that leverage multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s diverse solutions to meet client objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Devise and implement detailed account plans that leverage multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s diverse solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Assist clients in establishing budgets and forecasts, and use data to ensure budget efficiency and accurate monthly actualization.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling, aligning with the client’s strategic goals.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.
  • Engage with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and additional internal teams to contribute positively towards client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
  • Support the Client Partner team in addressing client concerns, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices to enhance client strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Project Management tools, and research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

  • Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
