Capgemini is looking for a Client Partner to foster strong relationships with clients in the utilities sector, ensuring satisfaction with our solutions and driving significant business growth. This strategic role focuses on managing a major book of business and aligning client strategy with Capgemini's portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Capgemini solutions and services.
- Drive the growth and expansion of our business within assigned client(s).
- Manage a book of business within the global relationship with the client.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure the successful structuring of proposals and solutions that generate successful delivery.
- Build a 1 to 3 years strategy roadmap for the account.
- Become a strategic partner and trusted advisor in developing the client & shaping opportunities.
- Coordinate operations and ensure delivery quality.
- Understand the client’s local/global strategy and influence it with Capgemini's strategy and portfolio.
- Understand the market and industry and position as an industry expert.
What We're Looking For
- Must have direct related experience selling into accounts generating revenue at $50MM and above.
- Recognized as a subject matter expert within the Energy / Utilities industry.
- Well adept at knowing market trends to proactively secure deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, with a track record of successful client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, business solutions, and industry best practices.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree is a plus.
Team & Environment
This role reports directly to the Global Client Partner.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $139,400 - $277,200
- Paid time off based on employee grade (A-F): Vacation: 12-25 days, Company paid holidays, Personal Days, Sick Leave.
