Beazley Management Limited seeks a Client Manager to originate and develop new business with assigned large corporations. You will act as a consultative partner, understanding the client's risk landscape and how Beazley’s products can help them reach their objectives, from first contact to first transaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business with assigned large corporations, from first contact to first transaction.
- Understand the client risk landscape, their risk management strategy, and how Beazley’s solutions can be deployed to help them.
- Navigate key broker relationships as business partners.
- Originate and develop new risk-financing-related business opportunities with a consultative and holistic approach.
- Deliver innovative tailor-made solutions as a superior alternative to commoditized insurance products.
- Negotiate with the client and their brokers.
- Act as a convincing ambassador internally to obtain senior management buy-in and lead cross-functional teams for results.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive proven experience in client relationship management or sales in the large corporate commercial insurance industry (insurance, broking, consulting).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in P&C Underwriting, preferably as a Property Underwriter.
- Proficiency in capital markets instruments and corporate finance, with proven experience engaging with CFOs and Treasurers.
- Track record of dealing with complex insurance and innovative risk financing transactions, including with (re)insurance captives and ART solutions.
- Broad industry network with key partners including corporate risk managers, C-suite leaders, brokers, and insurance professionals.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning multiple parties' interests with a client-centric focus.

Reporting structure is as per Beazley’s organisation chart. You will be expected to shape, align, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
