Join Anova Care as a Client Manager - Medical Billing and serve as a trusted advisor to our healthcare clients. You will guide them through financial performance, revenue cycle management, and strategic growth opportunities, helping to directly impact the financial health of their practices. What You'll Do
- Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition within the first 90 days.
- Provide exceptional day-to-day service as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
- Develop strategic partnerships by conducting quarterly account reviews and offering insights on financial trends and best practices.
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis on denied claims and implement corrective actions in collaboration with internal departments.
- Prepare financial reports detailing revenue performance, payer reimbursement rates, and claims processing outcomes.
- Foster strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in revenue cycle analysis, billing, claims processing, or financial analysis within a healthcare setting.
- 3 years of direct medical billing experience.
- Proficiency in revenue cycle management tools, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with billing software and revenue management systems.
- Understanding of billing regulations, reimbursement guidelines, and claims management best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Acute, LTAC, Ambulatory, DME, Testing, Imaging, or Pharmacy medical billing.
- Experience in client relationship management and data analytics.
