As a Client Growth Lead, you will play a key role in expanding Telia’s footprint within the Large Corporate Customer segment by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be leading the entire sales journey—from initial outreach to final deal closure—while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement targeted prospecting strategies using multiple channels to engage high-potential clients
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including discovery, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Partner with technical and marketing teams to craft compelling, tailored proposals that highlight measurable value
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring smooth transitions to account management post-sale
What We’re Looking For
- A driven sales professional with a track record in proactive B2B environments, particularly in complex, solution-based selling
- Strong understanding of IT services, cybersecurity, and hardware ecosystems
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Experience in identifying new leads, articulating differentiated offerings, and negotiating with large organizations
