AI Acquisition is hiring a Client Growth Advisor to lead our live Drop-In Sessions. You will be the tactical guide helping clients implement their go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will directly advise ambitious founders on their offer, niche, positioning, and revenue execution.
What You'll Do
- Run high-impact Drop-In Sessions via live Zoom rooms, giving clear, direct guidance to multiple clients simultaneously.
- Review and validate client core deliverables like websites, positioning, branding, LinkedIn profiles, and lead generation campaigns.
- Advise clients on cold email and outbound strategy, including optimizing funnels and explaining trade-offs between methods.
- Align client expectations by walking them through 90-day plans connected to revenue goals and translating strategy into weekly actions.
- Manage multiple clients and contexts on a single call, keeping sessions structured and capturing key notes for internal handoffs.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years building, running, or consulting for an agency or similar online service business.
- Direct experience with cold email/outbound and closing deals yourself.
- Strong sales and consultative communication skills to challenge clients, reframe thinking, and build trust.
- Ability to manage multiple clients at once on a call while maintaining structure, pace, and high energy.
- Comfortable screensharing and walking through websites, LinkedIn profiles, and outbound campaigns live.
- Strong English, written and spoken, with a clear, concise communication style.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in coaching, consulting, or client success roles.
- Background in SaaS, AI, B2B marketing, or performance-based agencies.
- Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience working with founders/early-stage entrepreneurs.
